The connecting rooms were spacious and had comfy beds, with impressive touches like a vanity area and plenty of outlets. cleanliness left something to be desired; fingerprints and dust were evident, and I found used towels mixed in. The staff was friendly and responsive, but my check-in experience was a bit chaotic. Enjoyed the nearby Boardwalk, but the atmosphere outside wasn’t ideal. Dining at Margaritaville was underwhelming, with slow service and limited attention. Despite the flaws, the relaxing ocean view and overall vibe kept it enjoyable for a brief getaway.

The room we were in was quite spacious and clean, which was a big plus for me. The location of the hotel is fantastic too, right on the boardwalk and close to other casinos. There were plenty of restaurant options on, site and nearby, making it convenient for dining. there were a few things that could be improved. The check, in process was a bit of a hassle for us as we had to wait for a long time for our room to be ready. The front desk staff also seemed a bit unorganized, and I had some issues with my room key not working properly. I also noticed a smoke smell in some areas of the hotel, which was a bit off, putting. And the fact that I booked a room with an ocean view but ended up with a view of a building's wall was disappointing. the stay had its ups and downs. The casino was a fun place to spend some time, but there were definitely areas where the hotel could improve.

Location is prime, right near the boardwalk. Friendly staff greeted me with professionalism. Clean room on the 46th floor—lovely view too. Bathroom amenities, though, left much to be desired. The sink was inadequate, and the awkward shower setup was a disaster. Dining options are plentiful, but the food temperature fell short. I appreciated the vanity set in the bathroom, though. A cozy bed could’ve made for a perfect trip, if it weren’t for the discomfort endured. The boardwalk felt unsafe—with unruly crowds and insufficient security. That’s a concern. Attention to guests is essential; my experience was mixed but not devoid of enjoyable moments. Improvements needed for a better stay.

I received a room on a higher floor with a partially obstructed view, which was a nice touch. my first room smelled of mildew, affecting my allergies. Fortunately, the team provided a larger and cleaner room without extra charge. The bed was too firm for my liking, waking me up sore each morning. Noise levels varied; my initial view overlooked AC exhaust pipes, which were distracting. Cleanliness could be improved, as I found both rooms lacking. On-site dining options were hidden and had limited hours.

Great location on the boardwalk and conveniently close to the beach. Room size was good and enjoyed dining at Dougherty's restaurant. Casino staff was helpful. Prompt and attentive room service.
Disappointing lack of room amenities, only a tiny bottle of shampoo and one towel provided for four guests. Inaccurate advertisement of a private beach and limited toiletry vending options.

The hotel is perched right on the boardwalk, allowing easy access to the beach and a whole host of attractions like Central Pier Arcade just a few steps away, and the Steel Pier is only around 500 meters from the hotel, making for a fun stroll along the coast; the staff was friendly, the room provided stunning views of the ocean, and there are about nine on-site restaurants, from casual eats at Dunkin to finer dining options nearby but the bathroom was a bit cramped and could use some attention.

I loved the oceanview room, just had to peek past the roof! The pool area was a total vibe, perfect for relaxation. And Breadsticks? Delicious – definitely the best spot to eat!

Shopping at Resorts is like entering a treasure hunt. The Ocean Tower room gave me access to a mini paradise with all its amenities.
Facing a roof from my room was like being on top of the world, quite literally.

From crushing it at the gaming floor to jamming out at the Superstar Theater, we were living our best lives. The beach bar was lit, and we even found a spot for our laptops – total game-changer!
Yo, the only thing missing was more high-energy dance spots for us party animals to bust a move.

resorts casino hotel was a great experience for me. i enjoyed the convenience of not having to leave the property for food, as room service was excellent, especially the vegetable pizza. the location was perfect, with easy access to the boardwalk and other casinos. despite the rain, the roofed pool was a highlight, allowing for a pleasant swim.

The vibrant beauty and high, stakes thrills of the 80,000 square foot gaming space kept us entertained for hours. The Superstar Theater's capacity amazed us, and the fun, filled atmosphere at LandShark Bar & Grill made our dining experience truly memorable.
My wife says that kids wished for more children, specific entertainment options.

My stay at this beachfront hotel was overall pleasant. The location was fantastic, right on the boardwalk near the pier. The room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The hotel also had great amenities like a fitness center, spa, and golf course. With free Wi-Fi in the rooms, it was easy to stay connected.
I was charged for using the weights, even though my reservation stated it was a free fitness center. The staff was rude and unhelpful, refusing to refund me and providing conflicting information about the fees.

the room was comfortable and fairly large - with a great view of the steel pier. the friendly staff and convenient self-park option in the reasonably priced parking lot were top-notch. loved the location right on the boardwalk and beach.

I chose Resorts Casino Hotel for its proximity to the Atlantic City Boardwalk, and I was pleasantly surprised by the specialty cocktails served at the hotel. The Eastwind Chinese Restaurant and Noodle Bar offered the freshest ingredients woven into the highest quality Sushi in the market, making it a favorite destination for authentic Asian cuisine.
Casino a bit outdated.
